Happy Mother's Day!

Hello Family! It was so great to talk to you all yesterday! So great to hear your voices. It motivates me to keep going just knowing I have a family that supports and prays for me so often. I do feel your love! Thank you! I am not sure all the things I shared with you so I apologize if I repeat but last week we had a major miracle. My companion and I go over to this one investigator's house pretty regularly. Usually her daughter and her daughter's friend jet out when we get there. Over time they started staying inside and last week we were able to teach them the first lesson! It was amazing, not exactly sure how it happened. The daughter told us she really likes when we come over, she said it brings a peace to her home they haven't had. I know that it is the Holy Ghost that brings that. I know the gospel could bless their family so much. I am hoping that we get to teach them again. Next week, I will get to witness another miracle. After 2 years of missionaries coming into this home I am seeing the change unfold. The daughter as been awaiting for the opportunity to be baptized by her father and now it will happen next week. She is so excited. She has already made really good friends with the Elder's recent convert who is her same age. It has been such a blessing to see this family grow. The grandma and grandpa are in town and as we visited with them last week we as missionaries sat back and watched as the family took over teaching about the gospel. It is so crazy to think how far they have come in my short time of being here. I am sure I will more to say about that next week. I witnessed my first live Mariachi band! I love it. We had a ward activity for Mother's day this last friday. I think it was the biggest ward activity this ward has seen! They had to keep setting up tables and chairs for the late arrivers. It was pretty funny to watch the kids dance. Also, I had one of my 10 year old investigators take pictures since she and her new best friend were sitting on the floor up close. They took a whole bunch of pictures of one of the band members then came back to the table and told her mom how cute she thought he was. Sadly the pictures were all super blurry. It is what happens when you give giggly 10 year olds your camera. Haha I better go. Sorry it is a lot shorter this week. I will have more things to say next week. I love you all! It was so great to talk to you! LOVE Hermana Fish
